Transportation Division
Nestled at the base of the Canyon, the City of Azusa has been providing transportation service to the community since 1978. Transportation is provided to and from any location within the Azusa City limits. We also provide transportation to some surrounding medical offices in cities adjacent to Azusa. To get as many riders as possible to get where they need to go, we offer the following services:
o Dial-A-Ride
o Foothill Transit Bus Pass Program
o Azusa Gold Line Shuttle Service
The City of Azusa is deeply committed to protecting the rights of its residents. Per Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the City has examined its Transit Division to ensure that no citizen, eligible for Dial-A-Ride, is excluded from its services due to race, color, or national origin.
In accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and as a federally funded entity of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) of the U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT), the City of Azusa is obligated to offer its residents the following:
• The benefits of services are shared equitably throughout the City
• The quality of services are adequate to provide equal access to all patrons
• No one is excluded from contributing to Azusa’s Dial-A-Ride, planning and development process
• Process and procedures are implemented which prohibit discrimination of any kind, both intentional and unintentional

As part of the City's rideshare effort, monthly pass subsidies are offered to City residents and employees of local businesses to encourage the use of Foothill Transit and the Gold Line train.
We believe that by reducing the number of cars on the road each day we will have a positive effect on our air quality and enhance the environment of the community.
