Code of Conduct/Transit Exclusion Policy
Service/Emotional Support Animal Policy
Please allow 10 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time in case the driver is running late. Every effort will be made to get you to your appointment on time. Please do not ask the drivers to make any stops other than the scheduled one.
Drivers will be happy to help you in and out of our vehicles and assist in carrying packages (limits can be found in the Code of Conduct/Transit Exclusion Policy) or groceries to your door. Drivers are not allowed into your home for any reason. Should you require further assistance, please arrange to have an aide or friend accompany you.
After three no-shows you will be notified that if you no-show again within a six month period, your privileges may be suspended for up to 12 months. Subsequent no-shows may result in riding privileges being suspended indefinitely.
Wheelchairs and other mobility aids must be in good working condition (wheelchairs must be equipped with an adequate braking device) in order to be transported.
For your safety, please remain seated at all times while the vehicle is in motion. Seat belts are required to be worn at all times.
