How to Dispute your Bill
  1. Deposit with the Director of Utilities of the City of Azusa, the amount claimed by the Utility to be due along with a letter describing the dispute.
  2. Service will not be disconnected for nonpayment until the Director of Utilities completes the review and communicates the outcome.
  3. The decision of the Director of Utilities may be appealed to the Azusa Utility Board. If you choose this last option, call Cary Kalscheuer at (626) 812-5174 to have your item placed on the next Utility Board agenda.
