Go to your Groupwise and click on the New Appt icon.
In the To: field, enter the conference room that you want to schedule the time for by either selecting the conference room from the Novell Groupwise Address Book or by typing Conference in the field. Once the conference room populates the field, you can use your arrow keys to move through the list and find the appropriate room. Also, add the meeting attendees in this field.
Select the date and time of the meeting and set the duration. Indicate the purpose of the meeting in the Subject line.
Send the message.
Go back to the calendar and make sure your meeting is scheduled in the correct calendar for the correct date and time.
Next email the helpdesk to request the equipment you will need. Be sure to include the presentation if you have one or indicate that a flash drive will be used for the meeting.
